1. Buying

a. Watching

This is all items you are watching: This will highlight for a last minuet bid to win an auction.

b. Bidding

This highlights all items you have a bid on.

c. Won

These are all auctions you have won. From here you can contact the seller, leave feed back which is extremely important to help against fraud.

You can:-

i Mark Items as paid.

ii Mark Item as shipped.

iii Review received feedback.

You can also view the seller public profile and store front, BY clicking the icon next to there username. You can also arrange by using the sort by the drop down box, from newest wins to feedback given.

d. Non Won

These are items you have not won because you have been beaten in the auction. To remove these items click the check box and delete.2. Selling

a. Sold

Items you have recently sold. From here you can relist your items, Leave feedback delete and itemise your goods.

b. Unsold

This views Items that have been left unsold (Tip try relisting with a smaller reserve price)

You can :-

i List a Similar Item. (Restart auction)

ii Remove your Item.

iii Copy list to create a new template.

c. Active Listings

This screen shows Items you are currently selling, from here you can:-

i Edit listings.

ii End early (This function can be used for a multitude of reasons.)

iii Copy listings to a template.

To action any of the above remember to click the check box. For an explanation of the Icons please hover over the Icons at the bottom of the screen.

d. Listing Templates

This is an extremely useful function when listing multi Items or setting off auctions that you have similar Items (especially useful if you are a trader.) Simply click "Create new template" select the categories and list your Items into the template to bulk post.

e. Storefront

Click "Create a storefront” (Tip remember to have your logo and store Image ready stored on your computer for your upload, Banner size should not be more than 80x60pixels in size. After clicking "Create a storefront" screen 2 is for your upload of Images, description, store title, and about the store i.e. what you sell Gifts, Cars etc.

f. Bulk loader

To bulk upload you’re Images you must firstly:-

i Download the bulk load application (Please check your operating system is compatible.)

ii Upload Item data.

iii View recently added templates.

This screen views offers you have sent for Items you have bid on.

This screen views offer you has received for tour items.

The most important field allows you to trade safely, the higher the feedback the safer the trader.

This screen lets you view the positive, neutral and negative feedback you have received from your customers.

This section lists Items that you need to leave feedback for. Use the check box for. Use the check box to highlight either Positive, negative or neutral and any other comment you wish to leave " Easy to deal with e.g. " Then click " leave this feedback for selected users " ( !!!! Remember to check Items you wish to leave feedback as well. Be careful when leaving feedback as this action cannot be undone. )

a. Account Data

From here you can view and edit your account you can:-

i Request e-mail change.

ii Change your account info.

iii change password.

b. Billing Details

You are able to edit & update your billing. Make payments if applicable.

i Notify sending check.

ii Paypal Payment.

iii Add or update you’re Credit Card Details.

c. Edit Profile

You can edit/change your profile from here and save your profile.

You can always return to the summary which list all actions you need to take for successful trading. Remember to build relationships with your fellow traders.

i The more professional you are the more you sell.

ii after payment get your Items delivered swiftly.

iii Check & leave feedback.
